I've spent the last decade actually running businesses, not advising on them. Hospitality, fitness, ecommerce. I've been the person doing the hiring, the ops, the customer calls, the late-night fixes when something breaks. I know what it looks like when a team is drowning in manual work that a machine could do.
I started twohundred.ai because I was that operator. I watched businesses around me spend money on AI consultants who produced reports and roadmaps and then disappeared. Nothing got built. Nothing ran. The money was gone and the problem was still there.
So I built an alternative: a small, operator-led AI lab that gets inside the actual work. We build the thing, run it until it's reliable, and hand it over. The person you talk to in the first call is the same person doing the build.
